--->In Calculate Pay, Check Date, Start Date and End Date formats are changed according to the System date Format but it should be display 'MM/DD/YY'  like 32-Bit application. 
--->The date formats are reflecting to modify paychecks screen.

NOTE: when we change the system format to mm/dd/yy it should be display like as live mm/dd/yy format instead of dd/mm/yy.

NOTE: Due to this issue dates formats are reflecting as wrongly format in Review/create paychecks too.
