I'm unable to select the import file from second time onwards

Steps:
>> Import the file with SS# (Unable to import)
>> Again select the same file from the dialog.

Here selected text file isn't showing. sometimes it is selecting but OK button is there in disabled state.

Still the same issue is present, Not showing the file upon second selection.

Still its happening the same way. Unable to select the same file twice.
