Bug 296

Address Line 1: It should allow required special characters
Phone Number : Validation error should be 'Please Enter The Correct Phone Number.' instead of 'Please Enter The Correct Phone Number.'
State : Validation error should be 'The State field is required Two characters' instead of 'The State Field is required.' and it should not allow numerics
ZIP and Social Security should not allow to enter any characters other than numerics like in ERP
