#1. Taxes amounts are removing after saving and trying to select the above employee that is not assigned with state tax and select the saved employee again.
#2. Showing warning message as 'State Taxes have not been setup....' even after assigned with state tax.

#3. While clicking on Undo option and clicking on No for Undo Calculations? warning message Taxes amounts are removing.
#4. By checking above scenarios even after creating and saving with new employee, Taxes are removing.
