#1. Save button is enabling even after saving the local tax values
#2. Fixed Amount is showing default value as 99.99 with assigning some amount
#3. Local Taxable Wage Limit field is not saving sometimes

#4. Additional Tax Table values should not show if we modified the calculated method from Tax Tables to Fixed Amount/Fixed %
