Hours are not modifying by following scenario:

1. Select the employee below the employee that has already has hour distribution and assign some hours and save
2. Now Select the hour distributed employee and click on Fill Down column, the previously saved hours should get modified
3. After that without saving select distribute Hours screen and click on Yes option in Save Before continuing alert 
4. Now again open the Enter Hours screen and Observe
