[Transactions][Bank Reconciliation] – Cleared Transaction Items Should Remain Cleared in BR When Resaving a Transaction.

This requirement has been recently implemented in the 64-bit Mac application.

Previously, when a transaction is cleared in BR and resaving the transaction entry, those items became uncleared in Bank Reconciliation (BR). The same behavior was also observed in the Flat File application.

With the recent implementation in the 64-bit Mac application, cleared transaction items now retain their cleared status when the transaction is resaved and are no longer marked as uncleared.

But Any Changes has happened in data modification like modifying date, amount qty or any other. then cleared transaction item status can changed to uncleared.
