R Form – Incorrect Address Line 1 Validation Message and Inconsistent "Save Before Closing?" Popup in 32-bit and 64-bit.

Issue 1: Incorrect Validation Error Message
In the R Form, under Recipient Information, the validation error message for the Address Line 1 field displays: "Must be between 1 and 40 characters"
However, the expected validation message is: "Must be between 1 and 32 characters"

Issue 2: Inconsistent Confirmation Popup
For all recipients, when modifying any recipient's information and clicking the X (Close) icon, the "Save before closing?" confirmation popup appears differently in the 32-bit and 64-bit versions.

Issues 2 exist in all Forms.
