[Import Company] – The "Open Database" option is disabled after importing the company.

After importing the company, the "Open Database" option is displayed in disabled mode on the dashboard. It should be enabled to allow the user to open the imported database.

Still, the issue is there.

Import Company: After importing a company, the Open Database button is enabled. However, when clicking the Open Database button and attempting to add the imported company, the database is not displayed on the dashboard.

2. Import Employees: After importing employees, the dashboard closes, and the Open Database button becomes enabled. This is incorrect behavior.

Expected Behavior:
- After importing a company, the imported database should be displayed on the dashboard.
- After importing employees, the dashboard should remain open, and the imported company database should continue to be displayed.
- The Open Database button should be enabled only when importing a company, not when importing employees or recipients.
