[Customer Reports] - TD, TS & IID Report UI Issues.

#1.Remove the first instruction point in instruction list in TD Report. Because Magnifying glass is displaying when placing the cursor. In Mac side it has having slightly issue that's why provided the instruction.

#2.Unable to drag and adjust the TD Report window at bottom. Kindly provide the adjustment with mouse cursor.

#3.Typo issue - C letter should be in caps.

#4.If Possible adjust the instructions at top and reduce the space.

#5.Provide the Label as Total at bottom of the TD Report.

#6.For each customer it display total amounts with underlines. Those should be in bold font style.
