[Customer Reports][Customer Statements] - After Payment of Outstanding Sales Journal Transactions issues occurred in customer statements.

#1.Customer Statements-Open Invoices:
When placing cutoff date before payment date. The Outstanding Sales Journal Transaction is not showing in open invoices report.

When placing cutoff date after payment date and On Payment Date. The paid transaction data should not shown in open invoices report.

#2.Customer Statements-Activity Based:
When placing cutoff date after payment date and on payment date. The Charged Transaction and paid transaction data is not showing in activity based reports.
