Complete the basic setup.
Create and save transactions using COAs in the Investing Activity account range (1900–1999) on any screen.
Open the Cash Flow report. Select the Prior-Year Comparison option.
Verify the Investing Activity balances and Cash at the Beginning of the Period balances.
Combine the months using the Period List and observe the beginning cash balance.

Issue #1: Investing Activity balances are multiplied by 100, resulting in incorrect values in the Prior-Year Comparison.

Issue #2: When combining months from the Period List, the Cash at the Beginning of the Period balance is missing from the report.
