Cloud integration- PR- Reports- State Taxes - IN SUTA file Text converted file issue.

IN SUTA file after converting to Text file at Hours Paid & Reporting Unit Number (RUN) should like 220.00 & 001

Hours Paid need to show with decimal in text file, EX:- 220 = 220.00 , 220.44 =220.44
Reporting Unit Number (RUN) need to show 001 in text file

#3 i start date showing 2 formats in CSV file

 i have 2 employees, 1 is existing employee already assigned the start date, 2nd employee is newly created employee. here old employee having one format and 2nd one having another format but in text file showing correctly.

its working fine,verified with TT credential as well.
