Issue#1:Increase the size of the Footer Line input field so that users can easily view the full entered footer name without the text being truncated.

Issue#2: The generated report displays the title as:
Income Statement report title@123
The system is incorrectly prefixing "Income Statement" to the user-entered report title.

Issue#3: Generate budget report and maintain some space between acct# and description.

Issue#4:For all available options, the generated report title displays "As of" along with the starting and ending date range. It should display the respective report title based on the selected period option, along with the applicable starting and ending period.
