[Customer Reports][Customer Statements] - Incorrect way of showing charged and paid invoice sorting order in customer statements activity based report.

STEPS:
=> Create a Invoice and make payment on same date.
=> Generate Statements Activity Report and observe the way of showing the charged and payment done invoice.

=> Charged amount should display first and second should be payment.

NOTE:This issue exists in 14.0.25 & 26.0.4 Version-04 Applications too.
