[Customer Reports][Customer Statements] - Incorrect display of transactions based on the cutoff date.

STEPS:
=> Create 5 Customer Invoice transactions from Jan to May Month.
=> Open Customer Reports => Customer Statements-Activity Based => Set the Cutoff date upto January month.
=> View the Report it displays the all 5 months transactions upto the month of may.
=> Which is incorrect to show based on the cutoff date selection.

NOTE:This issue exists in 14.0.25 & 26.0.4 Version-04 Applications too.
