[Customer Reports][Transaction Detail] - TD Text file issues.

#1.TD Text file - If Possible display the customer name one time and under that display the invoices like as flat file. instead of showing the customer name for every invoice.

#2.TD Text file - Contact Info of the Customer is not showing in the text file.

NOTE: This issue exists in 14.0.25 & 26.0.4 Version-04 Applications too.
