[Customer Reports] - TD, TS, IID Report Issues.

#1.In Transaction Detail, Transaction Summary & Invoice Item Detail Reports: 
By Default Customer Code should display in the report. It should not have any dependency with the "Show Code field on reports" checkbox in preferences.

#2.In Transaction Detail, Transaction Summary & Invoice Item Detail Reports:
If Possible display the full name of the customer in the report. Currently its truncated partial of the name.

#3.Invoice Item Detail - Item Name & Item Code are swapped in report.
