After activating the license key in the new system Tring to create existing company has a new company in the application in the checkmarklic portal duplicate company details are being populated

steps to Re-produce:
1.Activate license key for different system
2.click on new company
3.fill the existing company details as new company
4.navigate to checkmarklic portal 
observed:
existing company has been added as new company in the portal
(Creation Time when already company exits in the portal is added as new company duplicate company already exits alert pop-up should display)
