[1099-MISC] Error message not displayed when invalid recipient data is entered after adding/updating.

In the 1099-MISC form, when we enter invalid data after adding or updating the recipient, the error message is not displayed correctly. It should show the same error message as in the 1099 64-bit Windows version.
