[1099-R] Apt. no. Missing in Edit Print Format and Printed Forms

In the R form, the Apt. no. is missing in the Edit Print format. Also, when printing forms for recipients who have an Apt. no., the Apt. no. is not displayed on the printed forms.

Enter a valid value in Address Line 1, Address Line 2, and Apt. No Save.
Navigate to the DIV form.
Check the displayed address details.

Issue#2: In the DIV form, the saved Apt. No. is not displayed along with Address Line 1 and Address Line 2.
The saved Apt. No. is not displayed along with Address Line 1 and Address Line 2, even though the combined length of all three fields is only 29 characters, which is within the 40-character limit.
