[All Forms - Summary Report] – Short Name Validation Popup Not Displaying.

steps to preproduce:-
Create a payer’s information without entering the Short Name.
Navigate to the File Menu and click on Summary Report.
If the Short Name is not provided, a validation error popup should be displayed when generating the Summary Report , as discussed in the meeting.

fixed available in next build 

as we noticed whitespace in the textfield we have restricted only white space enetered and it will show validations aswell
