[Print Forms][S Form] - Validate the S Form Other Information related Edit Format labels and its related data on print.

#1.In S Form. There is added additional "Filer phone" Label - That is displaying as checkbox in print page. Need to correct it.

#2.Filing year is displaying as 2b field amount.

#3.Box 2c displays blank in the print page.

#4.Box 4 is showing as checkbox in print but it has specific amount that is not displaying.

#5.Box 5 is reserved kindly remove the label in edit format.

#6.Box 6 Checkbox incorrectly reflected has a filing year 26.

#7.In the position of Box 5 it reflected as 8a field value data.

#8.Box 8a, 8b, 8c fields are incorrectly shuffled in print page.
