For individual selection of MISC, INT, & NEC forms Email functionality should be enabled and individual selection of DIV, S, & R forms Email functionality should be disabled.

For selection of ALL Forms, Selecting the MISC, INT, & NEC form Type of recipients 
Email functionality should be enabled and Selecting the DIV, S, & R form Type of recipients Email functionality should be disabled.

Working As Expected.
