[Company information]-The “Short Name” validation error message is currently displayed in the Company Information section.

The error message should not be displayed when saving or updating Company Information. The Short Name validation should be triggered only when the user attempts to print the forms or the Summary Report, as applicable.

#3. As per the discussion, the Room or suite field is not mandatory, so please remove the error message.

As discussed in the meeting, if the short name is not entered in the Company Information section, a validation error popup will be displayed. so that's why I'm closing this bug
