[Toola-Admin]-Admin Popup Closes When Clicking OK on the Error Popup.


Description:
When attempting to delete the Admin user, an error popup is displayed. When the OK button is clicked on the error popup, both the error popup and the Admin popup window are closed.

Expected Result:
Clicking OK on the error popup should close only the error popup. The Admin popup window should remain open until the user explicitly clicks the Close button on the Admin popup.

There is no Live application, every year we will release the new application.  The Identified below once should be fixed.

Due to the screen freezing issue, we are closing the admin dialog.
