Open the AI Chatbot.
Use prompts/queries based on the information available in the latest provided documents.
Enter document-related queries using different wording or ask questions randomly based on the available document content.
Observe the chatbot responses

Issue:
The chatbot should understand the intent and key points of the user's query and provide a complete, relevant response based on the available document data, even when the user does not use the exact wording or prompts mentioned in the document.
The chatbot should not depend on users entering the exact questions/prompts available in the documents or website. It should handle natural variations of customer queries and return all relevant information available for the requested topic.

Note:
Customers may ask questions differently from the document prompts. The chatbot should understand natural language and keywords and provide all relevant information.

Verified some queries mentioned in the documents, but still missing the content

Even after entering the query in a valid sentence format, the chatbot is still not retrieving the relevant content provided in the documents.

Note: The query includes “Online Payroll,” so the chatbot should be able to identify and provide the related information from the documents. However, it is still responding with “I don’t have enough information” instead of displaying the relevant content.
