[Payroll-Employee setup]-After deleting the employee checks, the "OBBBA OT Hours and OT  Rate & Wages" are showing.


Steps to reproduce:

>>Create an employee, assign the wages and state.
>>Assign the Hourrate1=10, for this employee.
>>In the hours categories. Select the OBBBA checkbox for the "regular & OverTime " category.
>>Go to the calculate pay screen, assign the hours Regular=10, Overtime=10, and create the check.
>>Check the YTD values for this employee.
>>Uncheck the "OBBBA" checkbox in the Hour category for both "Regular " & "Overtime," and delete the Check.
>>Now check the YTD values for this employee.

Expected: The YTD "OT Hours" and "OT wages" should be zero.
Actual result: YTD "OT Hours" and "OT wages" are showing.

# The Same Issue was in 26.0.15 ver-1 also.

PS team go through it and let me know. Accordingly, we will look into that.

After discussing with PS team and Testers came to a summary that. that is a wrong scenario. Based on that rejecting.
