Open the AI Chatbot.
Click Create a Support Ticket and observe the available fields.
Trigger the Session Expired alert and select the option to create a new ticket.
Open the main Add New Ticket page and observe the mandatory field indicators.

Issues
#1. Mandatory fields in the chatbot do not display the red asterisk (*) consistently, unlike the Add New Ticket page.

#2. The Session Expired alert refers to clicking the Help button to create a new ticket, but the Help button is not available. If it is available in production, kindly update accordingly.

#3. On the Add New Ticket page, the red asterisks for mandatory fields appear in different shades (light and dark) instead of being consistent.

Expected Result: Mandatory fields and their indicators should be displayed consistently across the chatbot and Add New Ticket page, and the Help button reference should match the available UI.

#1. This is not related to the chatbot. We have not modified this page. The page has been the same from the beginning.
