Issue:1
Remove"Company's Current Database" Content because Open Database will only get enabled when we are closing the DB 

Issue:2
Change "select a database in which to open Employers" Content because in a single DB we are only using one Employer 
(Instead of Employers, change to Employer)

Issue:3
3.1- When the Open database screen is open without selection of a DB "open" button should be in a disabled state "or provide alert message "Select the DB"
(Without selection of DB, clicking on open button navigates to the DB screen)
3.2- When clicking on the "cancel" button, the open database screen should not navigate to the DB screen should navigate to the Dashboard
