The Add Employer button should be removed from both the 1094B and 1094C Employer screens, as it is no longer applicable to the current application functionality.

Previously, a single database supported multiple employers, and the Add Employer button was used to create additional employer records. However, the application has since been updated to support one database per employer, making this button unnecessary.
