Create a database with the required Employer and Employee details.
Select one or more employees.
Go to Tools and perform a database backup.
After the backup completes successfully, observe the employee selection and action buttons.

Issue
After the backup, the employee selection is cleared, but the Update and Delete buttons remain enabled.

Expected Result
If no employees are selected, the Update and Delete buttons should be disabled. Otherwise, the employee selection should be retained.

#2. When we select and unselect the employee, the 'Update' and 'Delete' buttons are enabled, but they should be disabled.
