#1.[S form]-The field is currently accepting only 13 numeric characters, but as per the document, it should allow up to 19 numeric characters.

#2. The field 8c is accepting 13 numeric values, but it should allow 18 decimal values.

#3. All newly added fields should display an error message when invalid data is entered.

#4.Add the dollar symbol($) for the fields 2a: Gross proceeds and 2b: Cash gross proceeds.
