The E-mail for Recipients feature displays the validation message "Please change the 'All Forms' to a specific 1099 type." when 'All Forms' is selected.

This validation is not applicable to the E-mail for Recipients functionality. Users should be able to send emails to all selected recipients across all 1099 form types in a single action. Requiring users to select a specific form type unnecessarily restricts this functionality.
