Create the employer details and save the record.
Go to File → Import Prior Year → Find Database.
Browse the available 2025 application databases.
Select a 1099 database and click Add.

Issue:
The application allows the 1099 database to be selected for import.
A Database Warning alert is displayed twice.
After dismissing the warnings, a SQLite error dialog is displayed twice.
