When the user clicks the voice (microphone) button multiple times in quick succession, the voice recording popup unexpectedly moves downward instead of remaining fixed in its original position. This causes the popup to become misaligned within the chat window.

Steps to Reproduce:

Open the chatbot.
Click the voice (microphone) button.
Repeatedly click the voice button multiple times in quick succession.
Observe the position of the voice recording popup.
