Dashboard status is not updated from "Not Validate" to "Validate" after viewing an imported employee(1095-B & 1095-C).

Steps to Reproduce:-
1. Open the application.
2. Import employees without any errors.
3.On the Dashboard, select the Status dropdown and choose Not Validate, Verify that all imported employees are displayed.
4. Open any employee record, view the employee details, and close the window. On the Dashboard, select the Status dropdown and choose Validate.

Actual Result:
The viewed employee is not displayed under the Validate status.

Expected Result:
After viewing an imported employee, the employee's status should change from Not Validate to Validate.
