Create an employer and employee with the required basic details, then save.
Go to File → Convert General to ALE.
In the confirmation dialog, click No.
Open the dashboard and click Update for the 1094-C employer.

Issue: The 1094-C employer is displayed on the dashboard with the Update option enabled. Clicking Update crashes the application. Additionally, the Open Database option remains enabled unexpectedly.

Note: The same issue occurs when converting ALE to General.

Fixed available in the version 03 build.
