[Open Database] observed Issues related to content
Issue:1
Remove"*Company's Current Database" Content because open database will only get enable when we are closing DB 

Issue:2
Change "select a database in which to open Employers" Content because in single DB we are only using only one Employer 
(Instead of Employers change as Employer)

Issue:3
3.1-when Open database screen is open without selection of DB "open" button should be disable state "or" provide alert message "select the DB"
(Without selection of DB clicking on open button navigating too the DB screen)
3.2- open database screen when clicking on "cancel" button should not navigate to the DB screen should navigate to the Dashboard
