[1099-NEC Print Form] - Newly Added Fields Are Not Displayed in Printed Forms for Recipients and Filing (3-Up and 4-Up).

Steps to Reproduce:-
1. Open the application.
2. Create a new recipient and enter values in all fields, including the newly added fields.
3. Navigate to File menu click on 'Print Forms for Recipients or print forms for Filing'.
4. Select either 3-Up or 4-Up print format and click OK.
5. Save the generated PDF and open it.

Actual Result:-
The data entered in the newly added fields is missing from the printed PDF for both 3-Up and 4-Up formats.
