Log in and navigate to the Company Information screen.
Remove the existing company name, enter a new company name, and save.
Observe the company name displayed at the top of the page.
In the Date of Incorporation field, enter an invalid date format and observe the validation.

Issue#1: After saving the new company name, the old company name is still displayed at the top of the page.
Issue#2: The Date of Incorporation field accepts an invalid date format without displaying a validation error message.
