Log in to the Salesforce application.
Observe the application during the initial login.
Perform a hard refresh when the error occurs.

Issue: A 404 error window appears during the initial login. Even after performing a hard refresh, the application does not recover. The user must log out and log back in before continuing.

Note: This issue occurs twice during the initial login each day before a successful login is achieved.
