Create an employee with the required details along with different departments.
Enter 9 hours in the Enter Hours screen and save.
Enable the Show Check Printing Warning option in Preferences and save.
Process payroll. Open the Print Paychecks screen and click View.
In the warning alert, click No.

Issue#1: 
The Blank Page alert displays No and Cancel buttons instead of a single OK button.
Clicking No opens the check details instead of displaying a blank page.
Clicking Cancel keeps the Print Paychecks screen unchanged.

Issue#2: Select Sort Employee List by Department
The department names and the employee list have adjustment issues in the size of each field.
