[All Recipients] When mandatory state field is saved as "None" for recipient after updating closing and again updating same recipient in state dropdown field the states are not highlighted in "Red" color
(observed in all recipient's form)
Step to reproduce:
1.Generate a recipient with required details for state dropdown field select state as none and update the recipient with continue anyway
2.Close the Recipient screen and select same recipient again update
3.select the state dropdown field
observed:
State dropdown field state is not highlighted in "Red"

As discussed with the development team, the requested functionality is supported only in the 32-bit application. This functionality is not available in the 64-bit versions of the 2024 and 2025 applications and cannot be allocated in the current build
