[IRIS Additional Payer's Information] Validation error displayed while saving Additional Payer's Information with a 100-character Company Name.

Steps to Reproduce:-
1. Create a company with a name containing 100 characters.
2. Create any one recipient.
3. Navigate to file menu click on IRIS.
4. Enter the required details: 
   * Suffix
   * First Name
   * Middle Name
   * Last Name
   * Country
   * Business Address Line 2
5. Click Save.

Actual Result:
An error popup is displayed: "Business Name: Must be between 1 and 40 characters."

Expected Result:
The error popup should not be displayed. A company name with up to 100 characters should be accepted and the Additional Payer's Information should be saved successfully.

Issue2:-

When the company name contains 100 characters and the user clicks Create CSV File in the 1099 Additional Payer's Information window, the application displays the error "Business Name: Must be between 1 and 40 characters." This validation error should not be displayed, and the CSV file should be created successfully.
