Navigate to the Create New Recipient form.
Fill in all available recipient fields.
Add a new Email field and enter a valid email address.
Click Copy Recipient. Observe the copied recipient form.

Issue#1:
The copied recipient form should include all values from the original recipient, including the newly added Email field.
