[1099_Dashboard] - Dashboard issues.

#1.Company, All Status Label names should be bold font.

#2.Update Company, Filter, Update, New, Delete & Copy Recipients Buttons should be bold font style.

#3.A single space is required in All Forms Label name and LL should be in small case.

#4.Update Company Button edges should be curved.

1,2,4,5,9,All bold-related issues have not been fixed because bold text is not supported in the 32-bit application. To maintain consistency between the 32-bit and 64-bit applications, we are not fixing any bold-related issues.

1, 2, 4, 5, 9 - Due to consistency sake across all applications is not possible. the unique font to display is accepted.

Ignore 6 & 7. Those are logged with the reference of ML & PR but after that I identified in 1099 there is no company info name instead its been called a payer name. So Database name is fine.
