[Form 1099 - S & R] - New fields were not added as per the latest changes in S & R Forms.

As per the latest update new fields are:
Form 1099-S:
 * Box 4 renamed to Buyer’s Part of Real Estate Tax
 * Box 5 reserved
 * Box 6 updated for non-cash consideration (services/property)
 * Box 7 added for foreign transferor indicator
 * New fields (8a–8d) added for digital asset reporting:
     Code, Name, Units, and Date

Form 1099-R:
 * Box 7 has been split into:
    7a: Distribution Code
    7b: IRA/SEP/SIMPLE
    7c: Trump Account
    7d: Earnings on Excess Contributions

 * Added:
     8a: Others
     8b: % of Annuity Contract

NOTE: In the mail it is mentioned that "Added new fields as per the latest form changes" But in the given build we didn't identified any changes.
