Backup/Restore Database file name is missing the "CheckMark 1095 Database 2026" prefix

Description:
While saving a database backup or restoring a database, the generated file name is incorrect. Instead of displaying the complete file name:

Expected: CheckMark 1095 Database 2026 Auto-Backup 07-24-26
Actual: 2026 Auto-Backup 07-24-26

The generated backup/restore file name is missing the "CheckMark 1095 Database 2" prefix.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open the application.
2.From the File menu, select Tools.
3.Click Backup Database or Restore Database.
4.Save the backup file.
5.Observe the generated file name.
