Remove Add Employer Button from the Employer 1094 Screen

Remove Sort
1. Sort Employer Ascending
2. Sort Employer Descending

Issue:3
Add Select all Employees "or" Replace All check box in the in the conflict window it is becoming hard to select the Multiple employees when count it getting above from 30 to 50 employees

Fixed available in the version 02 build.
Issue 1 - As per the discussion, I have removed add employer button from GEN and ALE Employer scree.

Issue 2 and 3 are recommending, for those issues. we have to discuss with dev team and testing team.
